The room I initially checked in had a problem with the lighting, which I only discovered later in the evening. I brought this to the attention of the night manager, Antonio, who went above and beyond to accommodate me. He promptly arranged for me to be moved to the Executive Suite, which was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, had a comfortable king size bed, a huge bathroom, a lounge area, a desk. I also received amazing service from Antonio and Carolina in Housekeeping, as well as all the other staff throughout my stay. The friendly and forthcoming attitude of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable.
