We had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located near the tram stop, making it easy to explore the city and head to the main station. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a balcony offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The staff members were welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. we were highly impressed with the hotel's facilities and would definitely return in the future.
There were some noise disturbances during our stay, but it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

The room I initially checked in had a problem with the lighting, which I only discovered later in the evening. I brought this to the attention of the night manager, Antonio, were really nice to accommodate me. He promptly arranged for me to be moved to the Executive Suite, fantastic. The room was spacious, had a comfortable king size bed, a huge bathroom, a lounge area, a desk, and even a choice of balconies. I also received amazing service from Antonio and Carolina in Housekeeping, as well as all the other staff throughout my stay.
